| 摘 要： | 针对因均摊水费产生的纠纷和矛盾,结合目前太原市供水现状,探讨了太原市"一户一表"改造工程的必要性和紧迫性,分别对几种不同的"一户一表"改造方案进行了分析,总结各种方案的优缺点,并指出实施改造过程中应注意的问题,以指导实践。

| Abstract: | According to the conflicts and contradictions by the fair apportion,the paper explores the necessity and urgency for the reconstruction project of the "one household and one water meter" in Taiyuan by combining with the current water supply status in Taiyuan,analyzes some reconstruction schemes for the "one household and one water meter",sums up the advantages and disadvantages of these schemes,and points out some precautions in the reconstructing process,so as to direct the practice. |
