| Abstract: | The paper explores the constructing programs in the Jinghe New City of Xixian New District,points out the supervision management measures which are suitable to the new idea of constructing modern idyllic city,and undertakes the factual illustration,so as to direct the supervision management difficulties for the engineering quality of new cities. |
