不饱和聚酯树脂W/O型乳液的制备及其稳定性

摘    要:不饱和聚酯树脂在碱性化合物的作用下可与水形成油包水型(W/O型)乳状液,交联后形成含水的不饱和聚酯树脂,本文研究了形成稳定的W/O型乳状液的条件,对影响乳状液稳定性的各因素包括树脂型号,乳化剂种类及浓度,含水量,制备条件及温度等进行了考察,获得了形成稳定的W/O型乳状的条件,探讨了乳状液的稳定机理。

Abstract:Unsaturated polyester can be emulsified with water by the use of alkaline emulsifiers to give a waterinoil emulsion which was allowed to crosslink and form a watercontaining resin . The effects concerning the stability of the emulsion were studied. That was the condition of preparation, the types of Up resins, the types of emulsifiers and their concentrations, the water percentages and temperature. The best condition to form stable W/O type emulsions has been obtained and the stabilization mechanism of the emulsion has been investigated.
