红花黄色素的酶法提取应用研究

摘    要:采用纤维素酶法提取工艺提取红花中的红花黄色素,与传统水浸提取工艺相比,提取率提高了9.40%~13.35%。本工艺具有提取率高、提取条件温和、有效成分理化性质稳定的特点,实验过程中加入的纤维素酶对红花黄色素的性质无影响,实验确定的红花黄色素酶法提取适宜工艺条件为:提取温度50℃,提取介质pH=4.4,纤维素酶与红花的配料比为1∶80。

Abstract:Using cellulase,a new technology of extracting Carthamus yellow from Flor Carthami is developed.Compared with traditional extracting technology by water,the extracting ratio of Cathamus yellow is increased by 9.40% ~13.35% using this enzyme based extracting technology.The enzyme based extracting technology is characterized by its high extracting ratio,gentle extracting condition and stable qualities of effective component.Cellulase which is added in extracting system has no influence on qualities of effective component.The preferential extracting conditions determined experimentally are as following:extracting temperature is 50℃,pH of extracting media is 4.4, the weight ratio of cellulase to Carthamus yellow is 1∶80.
