摘    要:对大武口电厂3号炉主汽温度偏高的原因进行了分析,利用大修机会,进行了受热面的调整和改造。改造后,主汽温度和排烟温度均降至合理范围,达到了预期的目的。

Abstract:Problems, such as somewhat high main steam temperature, desuperheating water can't be automatically put into operation, and high exhaust fulegas temperature etc., existing on boiler NO.3 in Dawukow Power Plant , Ningxia Autonomous Regien, influence seriously the economic benavior and safety of the said boler. In this conneation, the heating surface has been adjusted and retrofitted by taking the opportunity of major repair for boiler NO.3 in this power plant. After retroffing, the main steam temperature and exhaust flue gas temperature have all been reducd, enhancing boiler efficiency, and having reached the anticipated purpose.
