拒油型聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜的制备方法

摘    要:在分散型聚四氟乙烯树脂(PTFE)中混入含氟表面活性剂(FS),采用双向拉伸工艺制备具有较好拒油性能的多微孔薄膜,对薄膜的拒油性能、耐洗性能、力学性能进行测试,并用表面扫描电镜(SEM)观察薄膜微观结构.结果表明:FS能够掺混在PTFE中,经双向拉伸后PTFE形成了网状微孔结构,采用共混法改性后的聚四氟乙烯薄膜具有良好的拒油性能和耐洗性能.

Abstract:The blend membranes were prepared by introducing FS into a dispersive resin PTFE. The morphology, durability, mechanics performance of the blends, and the oil repellent performance of the membranes were studied. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) micrographs exhibited multi-microporous structures of biaxial stretching PTFE membranes. The PTFE and the FS of the membranes were stretched into small fibers. The results showed that the oil repellency and durability of PTFE membranes were both improved by blending FS.
