粉状乳化炸药常压连续乳化器的原理及现场应用

常压一级连续乳化器是粉状乳化炸药生产线的关键设备,它无需预乳设备、轴端没有机械密封、里外相通、内部压力为常压;用于粉状乳化炸药的连续化生产,生产能力为1.5~5.0t/h。本文简述了北京矿冶研究总院研制的常压一级连续乳化器的结构原理,以及现场应用的情况。它的成功应用提高了粉状乳化炸药的爆轰性能以及生产的安全性和可操作性。

PRINCIPLE AND ONSITE APPLICATION OF THE CONTINUOUS EMULSIFIER UNDER ORDINARY PRESSURE FOR POWDERY EMULSION EXPLOSIVE

The first-degree continuous emulsifier under ordinary pressure is a key equipment in the production line for powdery emulsion explosives.It needs no pre-emulsification equipment and no mechanical seal at the shaft end.It can be ventilated both inside and outside.The inside pressure is ordinary.It can be used to continuously produce powdery emulsion explosive with the production capacity of 1.5~5t/h.The article introduced the structural principle and onsite application of the emulsifier.It was developed by BGRIMM(Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy).Its successful application has improved the detonation performance of powdery emulsion explosive and security and operation of production.
