摘    要:介绍了刀具半径补偿功能的原理,探讨了数控编程实践中运用刀具半径补偿功能,巧妙地解决加工中出现的工件轮廓尺寸变化和刀具磨损等因素引起的加工误差问题,以确保加工程序的有效性和加工零件的精确性。

Abstract:In this paper,the functions and principle of tool radius compensation are introduced and the applicational skill of tool radius compensation in NC programming practice is discussed.The machining error caused by workpiece profile size change and tool wear etc is solved easily during machining,and it can ensure the effectiveness of program and precision of part machining.
