纤维参数对水泥砂浆塑性收缩开裂性能的影响

摘    要:研究了纤维品种,纤维掺量,纤维直径,纤维长度及纤维几何形状对水泥砂浆塑性收缩开裂性能的影响。结果表明:纤维品种不同,水泥砂浆抗塑性开裂性能不同;纤维掺量增大,水泥砂浆抗塑性开裂能力也将增大;纤维直径越小,纤维长度越大,水泥砂浆抗塑性开裂能力越大;纤维的几何形状不同,水泥砂浆抗塑性开裂能力有很大差异。

Abstract:The effects of fiber factors, such as kind of fiber, fiber volume fraction, fiber diameter, fiber length, and geometric shape of fiber on the plastic shrinkage cracking of the cement mortar were investigated. The testing results indicate that different kinds of fibers show different effects on the plastic shrinkage cracking; the total weighted cracking value will increase with the fiber volume fraction; the smaller the fiber diameter and the longer the fiber length, the higher the abilities of anti-plastic-cracking will be. Different geometric shapes will produce different influences on the ability to resist the plastic shrinkage cracking of cement mortar.
