有机稀土添加剂及在加氢基础油中的摩擦学性能

摘    要:用四球试验机评价了二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸稀土(La和ce)和环烷酸稀土(La和Ce)在加氢基础油中的摩擦学特性.结果表明,有机稀土添加剂具有优良的抗磨和减摩性能及高的承载能力,与其他添加剂复配具有良好的协同效应.基于AES分析探讨了有机稀土添加剂的作用机制,发现有机稀土化合物在摩擦副表面形成复杂的化学反应膜,呈现出优良的摩擦学特性.

Abstract:The extreme pressure property and anti-wear property of rare earth dialkyl dithiocarbamate(La and Ce),Rare earth naphthenate(La and Ce) in hydrotreated lubricating oil were evaluated with four-ball tester.The results show that the rare-earth organic compound additives have excellent friction-reducing property,and have good synergism with the other additives.The lubricating mechanism of rare-earth organic compound was discussed based on AES analysis.It is shown that the surface layer formed by the additives ...
