纳米铜润滑油添加剂减摩抗磨及自修复性能

摘    要:利用透射电子显微镜与电子衍射观察由二烷基二硫代磷酸原位修饰合成的铜纳米微粒的形貌和结构。在四球机上考察其作为基础润滑油添加剂的抗磨减摩性能,在环块机上考察其作为润滑油添加剂的自修复性能。结果表明,铜纳米添加剂具有良好的抗磨减摩和自修复性能。利用扫描电子显微镜观察滑块表面的磨痕形貌,利用电子天平对滑块自修复前后的质量进行称量比较,利用X射线光电子能谱仪对自修复膜表面的元素组成和化学价态进行分析,发现在300N的负荷下,纳米铜的添加量为4%时修复效果最好,试块经4h修复后滑块质量增加0.5mg,磨斑直径和摩擦因数呈现明显下降的趋势。摩擦过程中铜纳米微粒在摩擦表面形成沉积膜,这种沉积膜与表面修饰层形成的摩擦化学反应膜产生协同作用,从而表现出优良的抗磨自修复性能。
