蛇纹石酸浸取处理的正交优化设计

摘    要:利用正交试验法对蛇纹石酸浸取处理的影响因子进行了研究。通过对试验数据进行极差和方差分析表明:反应温度、反应时间、硫酸浓度和液固比等四个因子对蛇纹石中氧化镁浸出率的影响权重依次减小;其优化工艺条件为反应温度100℃,反应时间4h,硫酸浓度40%,液固比8。

Abstract:The influence factors of sulfuric acid soaking for treating chrysotile was investigated by means of orthogo-nal test.The results obtained showed thatthe following four factors have differentinfluences on sulfuric acid soakingof chrysotile :reaction temperature,reaction time,H2SO4concentration and liquid-solid ratio.The optimal techno-logical conditions were as follows:H2SO4concentration is 40%,reaction temperature is 100℃,reaction time is 4hand the ratio of liquid-solid is 8.
