摘    要:彩色金相技术是识别和鉴定金属中不同相的有力手段。鉴于目前彩色金相技术尚不能对材料的成分或成分偏析进行定量分析,将彩色金相技术与电子探针分析相结合,考察铸铁中硅含量与彩色金相颜色之间的变化规律。结果表明,彩色金相可以清晰地显示出铸铁中硅的偏析形貌及不同热处理条件下硅偏析程度的变化,并发现在铸铁彩色金相组织中两点之间的色序差与硅元素偏析度之间存在半定量的对应关系,即每一个色序差对应一定范围的偏析度,从而探索出用彩色金相技术半定量地分析铸铁中硅元素偏析的方法。

Abstract:Color metallographic technique is a useful method of phase identification in metal. However, element composition and its segregation cannot be determined quantitatively by color metallographic technique up to now. With the use of a combination of color metallographic technique and microprobe analysis, the relationship between composition of silicon and color in color microstructure was investigated, and the result showed that the morphology of segregation of silicon and its modification during heat treatment can be displayed clearly by color metallography. A semi-quantitative relationship between the difference in sequence of color and the degree of segregation, that is, each value of difference in sequence of color corresponds to a certain range of the degree of segregation, was found, so that a method was developed for semi-quantitatively measuring the degree of segregation of silicon in cast iron by means of the color metallographic technique.
