| 摘 要： | 综观我国居住社区发展的多元化现象，既反映了在市场经济体制下，住宅连同其所在地域作为商品所引起的一种再分配现象，也体现了在城市社会结构转型中，居住社区作为一种社会实体所产生的空间演变表征，本文基于一种规划的视点对此进行考察，并致力于寻求规划的应对机制与策略。

| Abstract: | The pluralization ofthe Chinese residential commu-nities on one hand reflects the re-distribution of residential houseswith land resources in the marketmechanism, just like othercommodities. And on the otherhand, it reflects the spatial trans-formation of residential commu-nities as social entities in the pro-cess of social transformation. Thethesis endeavors to seek the re-ply for planning mechanism andstrategies from the viewpoint ofplanning. |
