楔横轧内直角台阶精确轧齐曲线的研究

摘    要:在分析楔横轧内直角台阶成形过程中各种主要几何影响因素的基础上,建立了符合实际的内直角台阶成形阶段的几何模型和数学模型,并将楔横轧内直角台阶成形过程分为3个阶段。利用轧件表面各参数方程建立了各部分体积的求解积分式,计算出各阶段轧件螺旋斜锥体的体积,根据体积不变原理,得到精确的楔横轧直角台阶轧齐曲线。

Abstract:Based on generally considering all important geometric factors during the forming of insider right-angle step on cross wedge rolling, accurate geometric model and mathematical model accorded with facts were built, and the shaping process of inside right-angle step was divided into three phases. Using the parameter equations of workpiece surfaces, volumes of shaping part on the workpiece in each phase are figured out. The accurate shaping curve of inside right-angle step of cross wedge rolling is gainedby using the volume fixedness theory.
