自升温升压新型压裂液在洛带气田浅层气藏的应用研究

摘    要:洛带气田浅层气藏属常压、低温,低渗透砂岩储层,储层物性差,敏感性强。为了提高压裂液的破胶性能、降低侵入损害和提高返排效果,进行了新型压裂液—延迟生热压裂液的研究。这种压裂液自动升温增压、自动泡沫化降低密度,具有优良的携砂性能、破胶性能、降滤失性能、助排性能、自喷返排性能和低伤害性能。它兼具泡沫压裂液的技术优点和常规水基压裂液的经济性,在龙72井现场试验中取得显著增产效果,表明它具有广阔的推广应用前景。

Abstract:The snallow sandstone gas reservoir in Luodai Gas Field is a reservoir of normal pressure,low temperature and low permeability,with poor geologic characteristics and strong water-sensitivity.In order to improve the gel-breaking performance of fracturing fluids,reduce invasion damage to reservoir and enhance flowback capability of fluids,research on a new type of crosslinked fracturing fluids,with automatic heat-releasing and pressure-rising,is carried out.Due to the special characteristics of automatic heat-releasing and pressure-rising,and automatic density-reduction with gel foaming,this new type of fracturing fluids has good performance,such as good sand-carrying,good gel-breaking,good filtration control,good cleanup,high auto-discharge and low damage to reservoir.The new fracturing fluid has both a technical advantage of foamed fracturing fluids and an economic advantage of aqueous fracturing fluid.Through field application in well Long 72,the stimulation effect is outstanding.It indicates that the new fracturing fluid has a wide application prospects.
