摘    要:为了研究粉煤灰中Fe2O3含量对钙基脱硫性能的影响,分别以CaO和CaO与Fe2O3的混合物为吸收剂进行实验,并加以比较。研究了加入氧化铁添加剂后,对中温烟气脱硫性能的影响和对固定床干法脱硫最佳温度的影响,氧化铁配比对氧化钙脱硫性能的影响等。结果表明,加入一定量的氧化铁,可以显著提高脱硫效率和氧化钙的利用率。当温度在650~750℃时,氧化铁与氧化钙的配比为1∶10时效果最好,脱硫效率可达94%,钙利用率54%。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of Fe_2O_3 in pulverized coal ash on the desulphurization characterization of calcium-based sorbent,CaO and its mixture with Fe_2O_3 were used as sorbents in the experiment,and the desulphurization characterizations were compared.The effect of Fe_2O_3 on medium temperature FGD characterization,optimum temperature in fixed bed and proportion of Fe_2O_3 and CaO were studied in the experiment.The result showed that adding Fe_2O_3 could enhance desulphurization efficiency and utilization efficiency of CaO.When temperature from 650 to 750℃ and proportion of Fe_2O_3 and CaO is 1∶10,optimum condition can be achieved,the desulphurization rate and utilization rate may up to 94%,54% respectively.
