低碳铝镇静钢表面缺陷控制

摘    要:介绍了低碳铝镇静钢轧后容易出现的几种主要钢质缺陷,并对缺陷的产生原因进行了初步分析,通过改进钢水的化学成份,降低钢水氧化性,适当延长钢水炉外处理时间和降低浇铸时中间包水口吹氩量,可有效减少低碳铝镇静钢的轧后缺陷率.

Abstract:This paper introduces the main defects of low carbon aluminium-killed steel after being rolled,analyzes the reasons resulting in defects preliminarily.The defects rate can be reduced effectively by adjusting the compositions of liquid steel,declining the oxygen oxidability,extending the ladle treatment time properly as well as reducing the argon flow of the tundish submerged nozzle.
