脉冲电流对Al-4%Cu合金铸造组织的细化作用

摘    要:采用自行研制的XJDMG-1型脉冲电源,研究了不同参数下高频、大电流电脉冲对Al-4%Cu铸造组织的影响.分析了合金组织的晶粒尺寸和脉冲参数电流、电压、冲击频率以及电路自振荡频率之间的相关性.结果表明:电脉冲对Al-4%Cu合金有着明显的细化作用;电容的冲击频率和电路的自振荡频率对细化效果起着关键性的作用.

Abstract:Investigated the refining effects of high density electric pulse on grain structure of alloy Al-4%Cu under different electric parameters using XJDMC-1 made us. The relationship between the grain size and the density of the pulse current, pressure, frequency of charged and oscillation are analyzed. The results show that the structure of the alloy can be refined by electric pulse. The refined effect of electric pulse depends on the charged frequency of capacitance, oscillatory frequency of circuit and the density of current.
