摘    要:无刷直流电机(BLDCM)是一种多变量和非线性的控制系统,文中提出了一种使用遗传算法优化的PID控制器,并用于无刷直流电机的控制中。系统使用电流和转速双闭环控制,速度环采用PID控制器进行控制,PID参数通过遗传算法进行离线优化。通过仿真分析,系统较好地实现了给定速度的跟踪,具有控制灵活、适应性强等优点,同时又具有较高的控制精度和较好的鲁棒性。

Abstract:The brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is a multi-variable and non-linear system. In this paper, an auto-tuning method for PID controller based on genetic algorithm (GA) is presented, and the controller is applied into the BLDCM control. The system includes current and speed closed loops. The speed loop uses the PID controller whose parameters are optimized off-line by genetic algorithm. At last, simulation fully proves adaptive tracking of a given speed. Excellent flexibility and adaptability as well as high precision and good robustness are obtained by the proposed strategy.
