| 摘 要： | 为了提高空间利用率，加快立体仓库货物的出入库存储效率，减轻劳动强度，针对立体仓库堆垛机行走、提升准确定位偏差大的问题，采用以德国西门子S7-300可编程控制器、SEW交流变频器、DEMAG／SEW电机、HENGSLER电机编码器组成闭环控制系统的方法，通过STEP-7进行编程，并给出堆垛机、输送机、穿梭车的控制流程，并通过讨论PLC与监控系统协议，提出主体方法实现对整个系统稳定性、灵活性、实用性的要求，并应用到实际工程中。

| Abstract: | The paper aim at the control method and the system structure of the automatic storage and re- trieval, adopts the Siemens S7-300 PLC, SEW AC transducer, Nissei radio to progress the research of software and hardware. Through the STEP-7 programming, and giving the control process of the stowing machine, trans- portation machine and RGV, by discussing the PLC and the monitoring system agreements, raises the main method to achieve the requirements of the whole system stability, flexibility and practicality, finally applied to the practical project. |
