基于ARM9的煤气含量控制系统

摘    要:本论文是针对ARM9在控制方面的优点,采用实时采集数据、实时通信、实时监控等方法构成的煤气含量控制系统。本设计采用了基于ARM920T内核的芯片S3C2440来实现煤气含量的监控,本设计主要分为三个部分:PC上位机程序部分、下位机程序部分和煤气含量采集部分。主要的设计思路是:首先由S3C2440控制数据采集模块,实时监控空气中煤气的含量,并通过异步串口通信方式将数据传给PC上位机,同时PC上位机也通过串口通信将一些控制指令下传给S3C2440,S3C2440在收到来自于上位机的指令后对指令进行简单的分析并根据指令进行动作。系统程序是用EVC++4.0编写的WindowsCE6.0操作系统,控制部分包括报警、开关阀门等,数据采集模块则使用TLC1543,煤气传感器则使用MQ216。通过联机调试,证明基于ARM9采用实时采集、实时通信、实时监控的方法实现煤气含量控制,效果是可靠的。

Abstract:This paper is especially about the advantages of ARM9 in the control of real-time data acquisi- tion, real-time communications, real-time monitoring, and fully use of them to have a control system of gas content. The design has a real-time monitoring bye the S3C2440 which based on the ARM920T core. The design is divided into three parts: Upper part of PC program, lower part of machine procedures and part of the gas content's acquisitien First, S3C2440 controls the module of data acquisition, then transfers the data to PC by serial communication. PC also transfers some commands to the ARM9, then ARM9 does it after having a simple analysis. The programs are Windows CE 6.00S which are programmed by using EVC++4.0. Data acquisition module is used the chip of TLC1543. Gas sensor is MQ216. Through on-line testing, it shows that controlling gas content by ARM9 is reliable.
