纳米银原液的毒性实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究探讨纳米银原液急性毒性与致突变性。方法:按照《消毒技术规范》2002年版对纳米银原液进行小鼠经口急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、家兔完整皮肤刺激试验、家兔破损皮肤刺激试验、家兔急性眼刺激试验。结果:纳米银原液小鼠经口急性毒性试验为无毒性,小鼠骨髓微核实验为阴性无致突变性。家兔完整皮肤刺激实验为阴性,家兔破损皮肤刺激试验为阴性,家兔急性眼刺激试验为阴性。结论:纳米银原液属无毒级。

Abstract:Objective:studies the Acute toxicity and nutagenicity of Nano silver Oleostock.Methods:according to 《disinfection of technical specifications》(2002),test of the acute oral toxicity for mouses;test of mouse bone marrow micronucleus ;test of rabbit intact skin irritation;test of rabbit broken skin irritation;test of the acute eye irritation for rabbit.Resultes:test of the acute oral toxicity for mouse were non-toxic;test of mouse bone marrow micronucleus were negative and no mutagenicity ;test of rabbit intact skin irritation were negative ;test of rabbit broken skin irritation were negative;test of the acute eye irritation for rabbit were negative.Conclusion:nano silver oleostock were non-toxicity.
