Problems on the Recruitment System Reformation of Institutions and the Countermeasure Analysis

Although the recruitment system reformation of institutions in the short term has gained gratifying achievements,there are still some difficult issues.On the one hand is the obstacles of traditional concept and con-sciousness,on the other hand is the imperfect matching policies that couldn＇t promote the recruitment reform.To solve these difficulties and problems,we must strengthen propaganda and education,keep learning and researching new policies,improve the related supporting policy reforms.
