摘    要:本文在深入研究现有各种物体表面缺陷检测技术的基础上,设计出了一套以数字图像处理技术与模式识别技术为基础,采用内窥镜对固体发动机内型面缺陷进行检查的完整系统。系统由硬杆光学内窥镜、数字CCD摄像机、图像采集卡、内窥镜镜头位置检测、工控机和图像采集处理软件、系统工作软件等组成。

Abstract:The various surface defects inspetion method system is designed which is based on processing technology are discussed in this paper, One set of intact of the digital picture and recognitiontechnology of the mode, which adopts the endoscope and check to defect the type in the solid engine. The system is made up of hard-optical endoscope, digital CCD camera, image capturing card, endoscopic camera position detection, industrial machines and image processing software and system working software.
