| 摘 要： | 2010年8月南昌市成为国家低碳试点城市之一,确定了未来低碳产业的发展框架,促进全市低碳经济成规模发展。作为中部唯一的试点省会城市,南昌要充分发挥现有优势,并在加快产业升级和结构调整、注重技术创新、争取国家支持等方面下功夫,抓住鄱阳湖生态经济区建设的机遇,重点深化＂战略产业、城乡一体、低碳发展、创新创业＂四大发展主题,把南昌建设成为具有战略影响力的现代经济中心城市和低碳生态发展示范城市。

| Abstract: | Nanchang becomes the experimental city of low carbon, and confirms the development framework of low carbon industry. Nanchang should speed industry upgrading and structure adjustment, pay attention to technological innovation, and grasp the opportunity to build Nanchang into the modern center city and low carbon city. |
