摘    要:政府绩效评估应坚持客观公正、民主公开、注重实绩、结果兑现的原则,其目标是通过掌握政府部门的绩效,建立与绩效挂钩的激励机制,提高政府部门全体人员的积极性,促进其潜能的最大发挥,实现组织与个人的共同成长。

Abstract:Governmental performance evaluation should adhere to some principles such as objective and fair, democratic and open, focus on performance, deliver results,etc..Through controlling the government sector's performance, its target is to establish performance-related incentives to improve the initiative of all the staff in government sector, promote their maximum potential, and achieve organizational and personal growth together.
