科技创新团队的建设和管理

科技创新是社会向知识经济时代转型的根本动力,对未来国家的发展起着战略支撑作用,但是,对于科技创新的载体—团队的关注程度、支持程度和建设程度都远远不够,因此,如何改变现状,打造出更多具有一流创新水平的创新团队是当前的重要课题。基于此,本文就科技创新团队的建设与管理提出一些见解,并借此反思当前一些做法。

Construction and Management of Science and Technology Innovation Team

Science and technology innovation is the fundamental driving force to the transformation of society to a knowledge economy,for the future development of the country plays a strategic support role.But,the carrier for the science and technology innovation-the team＇s degree of concern and construction degree of level of support is not enough.Therefore,How to change the status quo,to create a more innovative level of a first-class creative team is currently an important issue.Based on this,some of his views to technology innovation team＇s construction and management are proposed,and reflects current practices.
