摘    要:研究了专家系统在线监鬼控复合材料固化成型过程,并将所研制的光纤传感器用于专家系统负责采集和传感固化体系内的参数变量的数据。实验证明这种光纤传感器用于智能监控系统是灵敏的,能够达到有效的调控操作过程的目的。

Abstract:An expert system is established based on controlling various variables of curing system to guide the molding process of composites. The fiber optic sensor is sensitive in monitoring the curing process of composites for the reason that it can monitor the varing process of viscosity of resin matrix especially the key points including the lowest point of viscosity of resin matrix, the gelation point and the end point of curing process. The compute results are accordance with monitoring results by expert system, thus proving the effectivity of the expert system with fiber optic sensor.
