Room Temperatare Phosphating Solution Containing Zinc Ion |

| Abstract: | A newly developed room temperature phosphating solution containing zinc ion was introduced. The effect of composite accelerating agent, surfactant and cationic polymer on phosphating was studied. The bath solution containing Zn(H2PO4)2 30 g/L, 85% H3PO4 10 g/L, Na3P04 5 g/L, citric acid5 g/L, NaNO3 3 ～5 g/L, Ni(NO3)2 1 g/L, composite accelerating agent 2 ～5 g/L, surfactant0. 3 ～ 0. 5 g/L and cationic polymer 0. 01 ～ 0. 05 g/L was recommended. |
