工业互联网在炼化企业的应用

为解决某炼化企业数据采集不规范、系统部署不统一、应用系统多集成度不高、上下游业务信息链条未有效打通、信息孤岛突出等问题,结合企业现状打造了具备炼化企业特色的工业互联网平台。将企业重点管控的仪表、设备、装置等物理实体进行数据采集、集中存储,并借助专用平台进行综合分析处理。规划了统一的虚拟化平台,构建了标准的数据服务、开发服务、中间件服务等通用组件,制定了相应的数据输入与输出标准,提供了相应的数据支撑服务。同时将企业重点关注的生产计划、调度优化、设备管理、安全管控等业务进行数据化、模型化、流程化处理,最终形成行业特色软件平台。通过平台建设,对企业生产经营各链条业务实现了从原料采购、计划排产、调度优化、装置优化、产品销售的全流程管控。同时借助设备大数据分析、统一报警、应急指挥等平台,确保了生产的安全稳定。本文探索了以“数据+平台+应用”的工业互联网平台建设模式,为后续企业数字化转型,围绕生产经营难点痛点,深入推进信息系统应用,积极融入数字经济潮流,奠定了坚实的基础。
