摘    要:测试了钢渣粉和锰铁矿渣粉在不同砂浆配合比下的流动度和力学性能,研究了不同掺量钢渣粉和锰铁矿渣粉复配的胶凝材料对水泥砂浆强度的影响。结果表明,掺入锰铁矿渣粉有助于提高钢渣粉的活性指数,用钢渣粉替代30%的水泥时,在钢渣粉中掺入25%锰铁矿渣粉,7 d活性指数达到67.4%,28 d活性指数80.3%,达到一级钢渣粉的技术要求。

Abstract:The fluidity and mechanical properties of steel slag powder and ferromanganese slag powder in different mortar mix ratios were tested.The effects of different blending steel slag powder and ferromanganese slag powder on the strength of cement mortar were studied.The results show that the addition of ferromanganese slag powder can improve the activity index of steel slag powder.When steel slag powder is used to replace 30%cement,25%manganese iron ore slag powder is blended into steel slag powder,and the 7 d activity index reaches 67.4%.The 28 d activity index is 80.3%,which meets the technical requirements of the first grade steel slag powder.
