固液分离/涡凹气浮/水解酸化/接触氧化处理屠宰废水

摘    要:采用固液分离/涡凹气浮/水解酸化/接触氧化的组合工艺处理屠宰废水,在生物接触氧化池内采用间歇运行方式,很好地解决了间歇进水和生物接触氧化池连续运行的问题,最终出水COD平均为95 mg/L,BOD5平均为29 mg/L,SS平均为47 mg/L,动植物油平均为7 mg/L,NH3-N平均为12 mg/L,TP平均为2. 4 mg/L,出水水质远远优于当地环评、环保部门要求和《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准。

Abstract:A combined process of solid-liquid separation/cavitation air flotation/hydrolytic acidification/contact oxidation was adopted to treat slaughterhouse wastewater.The batch operation mode was applied in biological contact oxidation tank,which solved the problem of intermittent influent and continuous operation in biological contact oxidation tank.The average effluent COD,BOD5,SS,animal and vegetable oil,NH3-N,TP were 95 mg/L,29 mg/L,47 mg/L,7 mg/L,12 mg/L,and 2.4 mg/L respectively,which were far superior to the requirements of local environmental protection department and the first level criteria in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
