双螺杆制冷压缩机转子轴心轨迹波动特性试验研究

摘    要:随着制冷系统的不断发展,双螺杆制冷压缩机作为系统的核心部件,其运行压力也越来越高,使得滑动轴承的应用也越来越广泛,以承受不断增大的转子径向力,而转子轴心轨迹是滑动轴承工作状态的综合反映。本文通过搭建双螺杆制冷压缩机转子轴心轨迹测试系统,对不同工况以及内容积比下的轴心轨迹进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:与滚动转子压缩机、离心压缩机等旋转机械不同,双螺杆压缩机的转子轴心轨迹大致呈椭圆形,且每个运行周期中还存在若干波动,这些波动的数目对应于压缩机的阴转子齿数,即转子径向动载荷的波动频率。

Abstract:With the development of refrigeration system,the twin-screw compressor as the core component is operating at higher and higher pressure level.The journal bearing is commonly used in the twin-screw refrigeration compressor to bear the bigger and bigger radial force.Journal centre motion trajectory is a comprehensive reflection of journal bearing working condition.In this paper,a standard refrigeration compressor performance measurement test rig was set up and the axis orbit under different operating conditions and built-in volume ratios were measured.The research results show that different from rotary machinery such as rolling piston compressor,centrifugal compressor,the axis orbit of twin-screw compressor rotor takes the shape of an approximate ellipse,and there are several fluctuations in each operation cycle,and number of these fluctuations corresponds to the number of teeth of the female rotor.
