摘    要:针对复杂环境下钢丝绳无损检测的要求,设计和建立了一种基于无线射频传输的分布式检测系统。首先,各数据采集节点将钢丝绳的漏磁信号通过无线射频方式传送到数据接收节点;然后,由数据接收节点将信号通过串口传送给主机;最后,由主机对各点采集的信号进行集中处理。实验结果表明:系统能准确地检测到钢丝绳附近的漏磁信号。

Abstract:The distributed non-destructive testing system of wire ropes based on wireless RF transmission applied to complex condition is designed, First ,the magnetic leakage signal is collected and transmitted to the data receiver node by each data acquisition node. Then, the signal is transmitted to the host computer along the serial interface by the data receiver node. Finally, the signal from each data acquisition node is centrally processed by the host computer. The results of the experiment show that the system can exactly deftect the magnetic leakage near the wire ropes.
