相容剂对ASA/PA6合金力学性能的影响

分别采用ABS-g-MAH、POE-g-MAH、PTW、KT-10A作为相容剂制备了ASA/PA6合金材料,研究了相容剂对合金材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和简支梁缺口冲击强度的影响。结果表明:4种相容剂都是ASA/PA6合金材料的有效相容剂。其中ABS-g-MAH由于本身是刚性材料,对合金体系冲击强度的改善效果不明显;而另外3种相容剂本身即是弹性体材料,在对合金体系增容的同时,还有很好的增韧作用,其中以KT-10A的增容增韧效果最好,当其用量为4%时,合金体系的力学性能最佳。

Effects of Compatibilizing Agent on Mechanical Properties of ASA/PA6 Alloy

ASA/PA6 alloys were prepared by four kinds of compatibilizer(ABS-g-MAH, POE-g-MAH, PTW, and KT-10A), the effects of compatibilizers on the tensile strength, flexural strength and notched charpy impact strength of alloy were discussed. The results show that: four kinds of compatibilizers are all effective for the ASA/PA6 alloy. Among of them, the ABS-g-MAH is a kind of rigid material, it has slightly effect on impact strength of alloy system; and the other compatibilizers are elastomer material, so they have good compatibilization and toughening effects on the alloy system. Specially, the compatibilization and toughening effect of KT-10A is the best, and the mechanical properties of the alloy system is optimal with the addition of KT-10A 4%.
