摘    要:研究了注射温度对高冲击强度聚苯乙烯(HIPS)及其与纳米有机蒙脱土(Nano-OMMT)复合发泡材料的泡孔直径、密度和尺寸的影响。结果表明:与纯HIPS发泡材料相比,HIPS/Nano-OMMT复合发泡材料的泡孔平均直径更小、密度更大、尺寸分布更均匀;HIPS/Nano-OMMT复合材料比纯HIPS具有稳定和更宽的加工温度,在170~185℃都能获得高质量的发泡材料。

Abstract:The effects of injection temperature on cell diameter,cell density and cell size distribution of foamed HIPS and Nano-OMMT/HIPS were studied.The results show that: compared with pure HIPS foaming materials,Nano-OMMT/HIPS composite foaming material has smaller average diameter of cell,greater cell density and more uniform distribution of cell size.The processing temperature of nano-OMMT/HIPS composites is more stable and wider than that of pure HIPS material,and the high quality foaming material can be obtained at temperature from 170℃ to 185℃.
