箱体注塑模设计

摘    要:分析了箱体塑件的成型要求,设计了由两瓣合圆锥斜滑块凹模与斜槽导滑座、钩块、弹簧等配合组成的侧向分型机构;斜滑块机构实现两侧外抽芯;4组拉钩、滑座、小滑块、斜楔杆等实现顺序开模;斜顶实现两侧内侧抽芯;两组斜钩、支座、滑杆、抵杆等实现顺序合模。实践表明,该模具整体结构先进,工作可靠。

Abstract:The molding requirements for plastic part of housing were analyzed.The side parting mechanism consists of conical inclined slide female mold,inclined slot guide support,hook block,spring,and etc.;the inclined slide block mechanism realizes the both outer side-core pulling;four units of draw hook,slide support,small slide block,inclined wedge bar,and etc.realizes the sequential parting;the inclined ejection realizes both inner side-core pulling;two units of inclined hook,support,slide bar,supporting bar,and etc.realizes sequential mold clamping.The practical production proves that the mold structure is advanced and can work reliably.
