β成核剂改性聚丙烯树脂的微观结构、结晶行为及力学性能研究

摘    要:采用熔融共混法制备了取代芳酰胺类β晶成核剂TMB-4改性聚丙烯(PP),并利用XRD、DSC、POM及SEM对改性PP的力学性能、结晶行为及微观结构进行了研究。结果表明:添加TMB-4成核剂后,PP树脂的α晶型被诱导转变为β晶型,结晶峰温度提高了16.2℃,晶粒细化;改性PP的冲击强度提高了152%,从脆性断裂转变为韧性断裂。

Abstract:Polypropylene(PP) modified by β crystal nucleating agent(TMB-4) was prepared by melt blending.The mechanical properties,crystallization behavior and microstructure of the modified PP were studied by means of XRD,DSC,POM and SEM.The results show that the addition of nucleating agent TMB-4 induces α crystal of PP into β crystal,increases the crystallization peak temperature by 16.2℃,and decreases the crystal particle size;compared with unmodified PP,the impact strength of modified PP increases by 152%,and the fracture mechanism shifts from brittle fracture to ductile fracture.
