微发泡阻燃苯乙烯类复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用AKZO Nobel核-壳型耐高温发泡剂微球,利用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。分别制备了微发泡阻燃高抗冲聚苯乙烯(F-FRHIPS)及微发泡阻燃丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(F-FRABS);研究了发泡剂用量和注塑温度对复合材料表观密度、力学性能、热变形温度(HDT)以及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:随着发泡剂用量的增加,复合材料的表观密度降低,但力学性能、HDT及燃烧性能下降;注塑温度低于240℃时,复合材料的力学性能、HDT及燃烧性能略有下降,进一步提高注塑温度,材料性能发生明显衰减;DSC分析表明:发泡剂适宜的使用温度为220~250℃;扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明:过高的温度会导致发泡剂壳体破裂而引起缺陷,而增加发泡剂用量时,由于核-壳结构存在并不会引起气泡泡体并连、气体溢出及塌陷等问题。

Abstract:Micro-foaming flame retardant HIPS(F-FRHIPS)and ABS(F-FRABS)were produced by twin-screw extruder using core-shell high-temperature foaming agent of AKZO Nobel.The effects of the foaming agent content and injection temperature on apparent density,mechanical properties,heat deflection temperature(HDT)and flame property were investigated.The results showed that the apparent density,mechanical properties,HDT and flame property of F-FRHIPS and F-FRABS were decreased with the increasing of foaming agent content;The mechanical properties,HDT and flame property of F-FRHIPS and F-FRABS decreased slightly when the injection temperature was less than 240 ℃,whereas,the material properties decreased obviously when further improving injection temperature.DSC showed the appropriate temperature for foaming agent was 220~250 ℃.SEM analysis showed that the shell of high-temperature foaming agent was ruptured when injection temperature was too high,and the problems,such as rupture and collapse of bubble,could not appear when increasing the content of foaming agent.
