Nano-CaCO_3的表面改性及其在HDPE中的应用研究

摘    要:选用钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米碳酸钙(nano-CaCO3)进行表面改性,以改善其在高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)中的分散性。利用透射电镜(TEM)表征了nano-CaCO3的改性效果,研究了改性条件对HDPE/nano-CaCO3复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:在偶联剂用量3%,改性时间30 min,改性温度80℃的条件下,HDPE/nano-CaCO3复合材料的综合性能较好。改性后的nano-CaCO3分散性有明显提高。

Abstract:Nano-CaCO3 was modified by titanate coupling agent in order to improve its dispersion in HDPE.The modification effect of nano-CaCO3 was analyzed by TEM,and the effects of conditions of modification on property of HDPE/nano-CaCO3 composite were studied.The results show that the comprehensive property of HDPE/nano-CaCO3 composite is best when nano-CaCO3 is modified by 3% coupling agent for 30 min at 80℃.The dispersion of modified nano-CaCO3is better than that of unmodified nano-CaCO3.
