摘    要:以乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(E-MA-GMA)为相容剂,用熔融法在双螺杆挤出机上制备了聚酰胺6/线型低密度聚乙烯(PA6/LLDPE)共混物,并加入降解聚乙烯(DPE)来改变LLDPE的黏度。结果表明:加入10 phr E-MA-GMA可以有效降低PA6/LLDPE(80/20)共混物的分散相尺寸;当LLDPE/DPE=19/1时,共混物的复数黏度和储能模量达到最大值;DPE的加入对共混物的拉伸性能没有明显影响,但使其缺口冲击强度下降。

Abstract:Taking E-MA-GMA as compatibilizer,the PA6/LLDPE blends were prepared by melt blending through twin-screw extruder.The degraded polyethylene(DPE) was added into the blends to improve the viscosity of LLDPE.The results show that the addition of 10 phr E-MA-GMA can decrease the particle size of dispersion phase in PA6/LLDPE(80/20) blends effectively;when LLDPE/DPE=19/1,the complex viscosity and storage modulus of the blends are up to the maximum values;the addition of DPE has no obvious effect on the tensile property of the blends,but decreases the notched impact strength.
