改性Sb2O3协同十溴二苯乙烷阻燃LDPE/EVA的研究

摘    要:采用熔融共混法制备了阻燃低密度聚乙烯/乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(LDPE/EVA)复合材料,研究了表面有机化改性三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)与十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)在LDPE/EVA中的阻燃协效性,通过极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧等级(UL94)、力学性能和热稳定性等测试对复合材料进行研究。结果表明,DBDPE/Sb2O3复合阻燃剂对LDPE/EVA有良好的阻燃作用,经表面有机化改性的Sb2O3,较之未改性Sb2O3阻燃协效性增强,制品热稳定性提高,对力学性能影响较小。

Abstract:Flame retarding LDPE/EVA composites were prepared by melt-blending and the flame retarding synergism of organic surface modified Sb2O3 with DBDPE in LDPE/EVA was studied.The composite was studied through LOI,UL94,mechanical property and thermal stability.The results indicated that the flame retardant effect of DBDPE/Sb2O3 in LDPE/EVA was prominent.The flame-retardant synergistic effect of surface modified Sb2O3,compared with the pristine Sb2O3 was improved.And the thermal stability of the composites was enhanced while the influence in the mechanical properties was not significant.
