| 摘 要： | 利用0.5T中频电炉和3T冲天炉为熔炼设备,研究了“全部利用冲天炉铁液”和“大部分利用冲天炉铁液”两种工艺对球墨铸铁组织、性能及其生产量的影响。多次生产实验表明：采用冲天炉-电炉双联熔炼球铁生产工艺,可达到在不影响灰铸铁生产的前提下,提高球铁铸件产量,并使球铁生产成本降低的要求。

| Abstract: | The effect of two kinds of melting processes of hot iron on the microstructure, mechanical properties and its production of spheroidal graphite casting. The industrial experiment results shown that the ductile iron production processes, by the duplex melting of cupola and induction furnace, can improve the quality of ductile iron casting and lower its final cost and it will not affected the regular production of grey cast iron founding. |
