SLonφ1600mm离心机分选细泥浮选粗精矿的试验研究

摘    要:对用SLonφ1600mm离心机分选某钨矿细泥浮选精矿做了详细的试验分析,并对离心机的各项指标做了详细的试验数据对比,最终获得离心机给矿品位WO35.087%~15.01%、精矿WO3品位12.94%~20.33%、精矿回收率79.58%~95.2%、富集比1.35~2.54的较好选矿试验结果。使SLon离心机在某钨矿钨细泥回收工艺中得到成功应用。

Abstract:This paper makes a detailed experimental analysis of the tungsten slime floatation concentrate with SLonφ1600 centrifugal separator.The experimental data of centrifuge indexes are compared achieving favorable processing results: the centrifuge feed grade is WO35.087% ~ 15.01%;WO3 concentrate grade is 12.94% ~ 20.33%;concentrate recovery rate 79.58% ~ 95.2%;enrichment ratio reaching 1.35 to 2.54.SLonφ1600 mmCentrifugal Separator can be successfully used in tungsten slime recovery technology.
