摘    要:对低碳钢表面进行钴基等离子弧堆焊时外加纵向磁场,系统地研究了磁场强度H和焊接电流I对堆焊层硬度和耐磨性的影响,发现当磁场强度H和焊接规范相匹配时,堆焊层组织才能获得最佳的细化效果,并对此进行了系统的理论研究分析.结果表明:引入适当的外加磁场不仅可以细化堆焊层金属组织的晶粒,而且由磁场产生的电磁搅拌能够提高堆焊层金属的硬度,使堆焊层的耐磨性也显著增强,从而提高堆焊层金属的综合力学性能.

Abstract:The effect of applied longitudinal magnetic field on Co-based plasma arc surfacing on low carbon steel is talked about, the effects of magnetic density H and welding current I on the regularity of hardness and wear resistance of the weld mental overlay are discussed. It's found that the magnetic intensity H and weld criterion parameters must be matched properly, just that, the optimal effect of grain refining can be gained, then found its regularity and made systematically theoretical analysis. The result indicates that proper electromagnetic field can refine the structure of weld metal overlay and electromagnetic stirring can increase the hardness and wear resistance of the weld mental overlay, then improve the comprehensive mechanics performance of weld metal overlay.
