摘    要:建立了用于小浓度甲烷催化氧化的特定流向变换催化氧化反应器的二维非均相催化燃烧数学模型,采用有限元计算方法分析了结构和操作参数对其内部温度分布和转化率的影响。结果表明,不仅流向切换周期、表观气速等因素对温度分布和转化率影响较大,而且反应器直径的改变对其内部的温度分布亦有较大影响且放大效应明显。

Abstract:A heterogeneous two dimensional continuum model was established.Effects of dimension of the reactor and the operation parameters on the fluid temperature and conversion rate in the reactor were numerically studied by finite element method(FEM).Numerical results showed that the distributions of temperature and the conversion rate in the reactor were affected not only by the switch time period,superficial velocity,but also by the diameter of the reactor.The scale-up effect was significant.
