摘    要:具有典型的山丘地形罐区之间采用阶梯式竖向布置的特.点,介绍了新增溶剂油罐组布置在已形成环形车道的石脑油罐区内案例。结合相关设计规范,分析了新罐区环形消防通道、防火堤外操作空地的设计合理性,并就消防车道与罐组不在同一地坪标高的现状,提出了消防空地宜与周边环形消防道路连通以及防火堤外操作空地最好满足水枪、水炮等需要的32~45。射程角度所需的操作空间的设计改进方法。

Abstract:This article introduces a design case in which a new solvent oil tank group is built in a naphtha tank farm with annular fire engine access.According to relevant design codes,this article analyzes layout rationality of the annular fire engine access and fire space outside fire dikes of the new tank farm,and points out that the fire space is preferred to be connected with the annular fire engine access which is not at the same elevation with the tank group.
