| 摘 要： | 对二十世纪六十年代一些大型化工装置发生的几起大型事故,其传统做法是事后进行调查研究,然后改进,预防事故再次发生,这非常滞后。1974年ICI公司开发出一种方法即危险性和可操做性研究,它后来发展成为六个阶段的研究程序,确保设计的正确。达到化工装置可以安全操作、容易并安全的维护、可靠性高的要求。
