摘    要:对二十世纪六十年代一些大型化工装置发生的几起大型事故,其传统做法是事后进行调查研究,然后改进,预防事故再次发生,这非常滞后。1974年ICI公司开发出一种方法即危险性和可操做性研究,它后来发展成为六个阶段的研究程序,确保设计的正确。达到化工装置可以安全操作、容易并安全的维护、可靠性高的要求。

Abstract:In the 1960s,several large accidents occurred in some large-scale chemical plants.The traditional approach to deal with such accidents was to make investigations after the accident for improvement to prevent recurrence of them,which was really hysteretic.In 1974,ICI Mond division developed a methodology called Hazard & Operability Study(HAZOP).The research procedure of HAZOP developed into six stages later which involved whether the design was safe,or whether the design was easy to operate.These were involv...
