摘    要:苏丹三七区油田一期Palogue电站项目的设备基础、厂房基础和工艺管道基础全部采用钢管桩,其阴极保护采用浅埋阳极、均匀分布的形式。投产后,厂区内不同的桩管阴极保护电位相差很大,保护效果不理想。为此对钢管桩阴极保护存在的问题进行了分析,并根据三七区油田钢管桩阴极保护实际,提出了改进意见,将浅埋阳极地床改为深井阳极地床,同时对阳极输出回路进行了改进。实践表明,采取改进措施后,钢管桩的阴极保护效果显著提高,系统运行平稳,效果十分理想。

Abstract:The foundations of equipment, factory buildings and process pipelines in the Palogue power station project of Sudan 3-7 Region Oilfield adopted totally steel pipe piles with cathodic protection of uniformly distributed and shallowly buried anodes.
